Where it all begins

A long family tradition in construction began with the father of the founding partners, a historic figure in local building entrepreneurship. Over the years, the founders strengthened their experience across every stage of the construction process.

La Roverella SRL is founded

The company carries forward an experience that began in Umbria and grew over time through residential projects, construction sites and direct real estate development. The presence of the founding partners at every stage ensures control, reliability and concrete attention to quality.

03 — Completed projects

From idea to reality: the first evolution of the project is already a success.

The overall project concerns a subdivision of approximately 13 hectares, including three areas: one for residential villas, one residential area intended as a residence, and one sports area. The company completed the residential villa area, divided into 14 villas for a total of 44 residential units, all finished and sold. The first part of the project achieved strong success in the local market.
